TCAC is a resource for community members who wish to help local community animals by carrying out safe and effective Trap-Neuter-Return services for animals in Troup County, Georgia.

Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire and empower individuals to participate in constructive initiatives that protect our community and the animals we share it with, while educating the public about animal welfare concerns and implementing change to combat the current overpopulation epidemic.
